UrbaNature - Nature Connection in the Heart of the City

Living in this concrete jungle of Hong Kong we easily spend days in a row indoors looking at screens big and small.

But nature is all around us, waiting for us to reach out and connect, even right here in the middle of the city.

Join this 2.5-hour nature connection experience in a beautiful UrbaNature setting to rediscover how nature supports our health and wellbeing - anytime, anywhere.

Research shows that spending time in nature regularly brings a host of benefits to our body, mind and spirit, including
+boosting our immune system
+lowering blood pressure
+reducing stress and related symptoms such as exhaustion, headaches, dis-ease
+mental clarity and a sense of joy
+sense of peace and calm

Nature connection is the practice of spending time in nature for the purpose of enhancing health, wellness, and happiness. Through a guided experience, you will be led by a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide through a series of thoughtfully crafted invitations that slows you down, awakens your senses, and supports you in building a deep, healing connection with nature.

This unique experience will show you ways to experience nature in a way that supports your wellbeing. These are practices that you can take home and tap into whenever you want.
