Living in this concrete jungle of Hong Kong we easily spend days in a row indoors looking at screens big and small. But nature is all around us, waiting for us to reach out, even right here in the middle of the city.
Join this 3-hour nature connection experience in an urban setting to rediscover how nature supports our health and wellbeing. Through a series of invitations, you will be guided to explore and connect with nature through your senses and guided creative interactions.
Research shows that spending time in nature regularly brings a host of benefits, including boosting our immune system, lowering blood pressure, reducing stress and related symptoms such as exhaustion, headaches, dis-ease. It brings mental clarity and a sense of joy.
This experience will equip you with ways to connect with the nature around you so that you can start building up your own practice of nature connection!
